While the efficacy of the No Child Left Behind Act is being questioned by the Washington Post, our Mindworks' Reading @Home program has consistently shown average increases of 1.8 grade levels for students using the program as prescribed for 16 weeks.

Our Reading @Home program includes a Reading Placement Appraisal (RPA) to assess your child's current reading ability, silent reading speed, and comprehension. After the RPA is completed the Reading @Home program is tailored to your child's specific needs and abilities to encourage the development of silent reading speed and fluency in a fun and challenging online environment. Progress reports are available immediately after each session, and provide immediate feedback in addition to the weekly online coaching sessions and bi-weekly phone coaching sessions.

Individual one-on-one tutoring is also available to complement your student's enrollment in Reading @Home to help with homework assignments, provide critical thinking activities, and foster a love of reading.
