With over 20 years of experience in apparel industry across tables, Dr. Karthik ND is a certified Business Coach, Certified Master Black Belt in Business Excellence and a Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which aptly adopts a “Coaching” approach in his leadership and training approach to enhance “personal excellence” to maximize ownership and responsibility to deliver much needed “Value Proposition” for Business.
Adopting a unique combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Lean Six Sigma (LSS), and having educational background in Textile Engineering and Research, added with various management certifications, Karthik has created various People and Process-oriented “benchmark” methodologies, yielding in enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in the entire supply chain.
